“I was deeply moved by Vijay’s story and was immediately convinced that the world needed to hear his story too. Amit Ji has undoubtedly worked the magic on screen and the character is well out,” shares Nagraj who won the National Film Award for his films. Pistulya, Fandry, Pavasacha Nibandha, and Naal.
The film was released on Zee5 after a hiatus since its theatrical release due to an order from the Telangana High Court regarding a copyright infringement case.
Speaking on the importance of films, Nagraj shares, “Film can be a great conversation starter and I believe in using art to unlock the mysteries of the earth. It is similar to any other art form that offers you a glimpse of the time when they were created. If you want to know more about the world 1000 years ago, you’ll have to dig up a poem, a piece of literature, or a movie. A film’s impact may not change the world, but it can be a small contribution to a bigger change.
